Friday, December 12th, 2008Al Jazeera English’s Rageh Omar presents the Witness programme introducing a film about a elderly couple who have adopted over 40 disabled orphans in Dingxi (定西), Gansu (甘肃) province. Local government provide financial support to the couple for taking care of the children. But that financial support is in danger being taken away.
